Loving these limited edition
Flora series of posters (Flora No. 1 and Flora No. 2) by Danish graphic designer,
Kristina Krogh. The placement of the leaves with the white background reminds me of a modernized
Scandinavian folk pattern (which are sometimes almost kaleidoscope-like). As stated on her site, "Geometrics, contrasts, colors and distinctively different textures are some of the things Kristina loves and which is strongly represented in her work". You may be familiar with her more geometric work with a collaboration she did with
Ferm Living , and her Flora series is a beautiful compliment to them. See more of her recent work at her site (which is also worth checking out with it's simple design and use of the beautiful Futura font).
