There's nothing like a really yummy quesadilla. And I was pleasantly surprised when I found a quesadilla recipe from Gourmet Garden! I love being able to use my herbs and spices, and this recipe looked way too good to pass up.
I was so happy with the results! This quesadilla is so light and refreshing. The cilantro and garlic add just enough flavor that, when combined with the fresh tomato, make for a cool and fresh meal. So yummy and I can't wait to make it again!
