New Year, New Lunch: School Lunch Makeover

Having a hard time trying to figure out what kind of lunch to send the kids to school with this year? It seems that a lot of parents are in the same boat and trying to either be a little more creative with their kids' school lunches or just wanting to send them with something besides the classic pb & j.
