I just picked up the latest Chatelaine Magazine this week specifically for their feature on organizing and on the last page was this cute little idea to sprout lentils indoors. Aren't they adorable? These ones are planted in saved wooden brie boxes. How to: Sprinkle a handful of lentils onto some cotton balls or paper towels keeping damp (but not wet), in a week or so you'll have some adorable delicate sprouts! Photo: Roberto Caruso.
