Stunning pieces coming out of Little Paper Planes this week by Christine Kesler, a Bay Area artist and writer. I'm really attracted to mountains right now, and rocks and nature, so these really strike a chord with me. Her work stems from poetry, found images and objects and re appropriates them into something new within the dialogue of painting. Her installations and collages become a magical world within the actual one we exist in. The prints are printed with archival inks on German etching paper.
