about ten years ago my cousin brought over some baroque wallpaper from a second hand store overseas. at the time i thought it was cool but still didn't quite get it (he was obviously onto something). since then of course this design has been slowly creeping its way back from the 70's in the past couple of years. but what i like about it is that it's showing up in other materials than it's original fair, such as these thomas paul melamine (love it!) plates and in stationary. a nice way to return.
