i also like these korean patterns including the dancheong you'll find here. some of them remind me of my childhood a bit.
either we had wallpaper or drawer liners with these patterns, i'm not sure, but they seem to have been around at one point and i can see some relevance in them in today's design. last fall i was really gravitating towards these patterns and couldn't find any fabric anywhere. i'm not so stuck on them now, but it's interesting how patterns/designs do that to me. a few years back i couldn't find any stripes and i was so much craving striped pillows - and not just any stripe i wanted different weighted stripes in thick and thin lines and couldn't find any fabric anywhere to even make a pillow or whatever. now you can't get away from them - but i'm trying.
